And here's the thing, you also know that you've managed pretty well with how you've been showing up and doing things. So a flurry of thoughts are racing in: "why change, what if I mess up, what if others are right, what if I create conflict, what if I don't like my new life - so, I better just stay the course".But you know you need to make a change because prioritizing everyone else's needs, desires, and expectations is leaving you frustrated, frazzled, overwhelmed, and exhausted. You've worked so hard, yet there's this lingering feeling of dissatisfaction you no longer wanna feel. You are ready to actively enjoy the life you're creating, moment after moment. You want to feel authentic, whole, empowered, energized, peaceful and you want to feel your joy regularly and deliberately.I help guide you there, all while helping you use your inner wisdom that's expressing itself through your frustrations, doubts, and fears, as well as through your inspirations, dreams, and vision. Together, we move your focus from "the right thing to do" to "the right thing for me, with all my specific nuances".

As part of our reality, we've learned to act and think a certain way to make sure we are accepted by our peers, provide for our loved ones, and keep the calm around us. However, along the way, we often forget or dim key parts of who we are.Those feelings of angst and frustration are an indication that there is a part of you that wants to be expressed freely but isn't. By getting curious about your feelings and expanding your thoughts, you'll be able to take decisions and actions that serve you - today.I create a safe space and gently guide you to reconnect with who you know yourself to be. Before long, you'll notice you're more energized, empowered, aligned, grounded, and peaceful all while deliberately experiencing a life you love.

For the longest time I was always tuning into everyone around me, trying to do everything that was expected of me, making sure everyone was ok - and genuinely believing that if they were ok, I would be ok. It got me far in life, but I was left feeling extremely upset more often than I would've liked to admit. Deciding to reconnect with my truth and show up as myself was one of the best decisions I have ever made - for myself and my loved ones.I look forward to exploring your reality and guiding you on how you can reconnect with your inner wisdom to feel authentic, whole, grounded, peaceful, energized, and empowered while you enjoy the life you are creating.

How my method helped me find my professional alignment

After almost 15 years in the corporate world, I decided to realign my career to who I know myself to be today. I became a certified coach, and I love what I do! It is an incredible honour to know that I'm contributing to my client's grounded smiles and looks of reliefs. I have no words for the beauty of seeing someone's vibe and energy relax as they start feeling like themselves and experiencing the life they've always wanted.When I'm not coaching or reading about the human psyche, you will find me and my toddler running around one of the many amazing playgrounds or museums in the Ottawa/Gatineau region or hanging out with my family at the Aylmer marina.

Throughout this program, we explore areas of your life that feel misaligned and create angst and frustration. I guide you as you acknowledge your challenges; uncover your specifically nuanced goals; and explore your inner wisdom so you can be inspired toward your next action as you deliberately create a life you enjoy.This is time you're dedicating to yourself so you can find your truth, your peace, and your empowerment. You will have the space to get curious about your feelings and learn how to use their guidance, expand your thought patterns and shift away from ones that are no longer serving you, and take actions that are aligned with who you know yourself to be, over and over again.


Sessions 1-3:
The Foundation

  • I help you uncover your challenges and feel your way to your vision's nuggets of truth - your vision can be very general, and as you progress through the program, new data points will show up providing clarity

  • I guide you to be curious about your feelings as they indicate parts of you that might have been dimmed

  • I guide you to recognize which thought patterns might be learned and not reflective of who you are and how to navigate to newer and more authentic thought patterns

  • I guide you to recognize your inspired ideas and how to take action that feels right for you, with all your specific and beautiful nuances

Sessions 4-7:
The mental gym

  • As you take action toward your vision, regularly collect feedback on how you feel while applying your new mindset in your daily life

  • As new and existing challenges come up, this gives us the opportunity to apply your new mindset to uncover real-time resolutions by understanding what's behind your feelings about the experience, and navigating to a solution you are genuinely excited about actioning

Sessions 8-9:
Normalizing the shift

  • As you start noticing successes, I help you celebrate and normalize the success, making it easier to replicate

  • I help you identify other areas in your life where you can apply your new mindset to continue thriving

Shift how you interact with your feelings, thoughts, and actions

If you keep ignoring your feelings and keep thinking the same way, then you will keep acting the same way and living the same reality ... all to loop back to the same feelings.

You're feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, exhausted, and confused. You've done what you were supposed to do, and even after all that work you're still not enjoying your life.

Feeling true to self

You know you're on the right track when you're starting to feel empowered, grounded, aligned, energized, confident, and joyful on a regular basis. Use the new mindset to regularly feel good.


1. Use your feelings

You've probably learned to repress or manage your feelings, and to think and act on things regardless of your emotional feedback. Sometimes even feeling shame for your emotions.The first mindset shift will be to regularly get curious about your feelings, emotions, and physical sensations. These feelings are meant to be your own personal guidance system, they're your inner, innate, wisdom. They are your signal as to whether you are experiencing something that is in alignment with who you know yourself to be or not. They signal you when you are thinking and acting in alignment with your true self, or with your learned self. Your true self will feel better to you.If your feelings are pointing towards angst, you are not thinking or acting in a way that reflects your true self - these are likely thoughts and ways of acting your learned a while back. If your feelings are pointing towards genuine authentic joy or relief, you are thinking or acting in a way that reflects who you know yourself to be.


2. Expand your thoughts

You probably notice yourself in default thought patterns, patterns you probably learned when you were very young - some still serve you, some not so much anymore.The second mindset shift will be to expand your thoughts so that you can find new thought patterns that can get you closer to who you know yourself to be and what you want for your life. Your thoughts are incredibly powerful and there are so many of them. Through our coaching sessions, you'll learn to deliberately use your thought power to recognize your nuggets of truth so you can regularly set up your intentions, and let go of limiting beliefs by exploring new paths that feel accessible and exciting to you.


3. Align your action

You're probably used to taking actions based primarily on what you think you should do, the right thing to do, or what you've always done.The third mindset shift will be to unlearn the default actions and start prioritizing actions that resonate most with you, at least when you have the opportunity to. These are the decisions that align with the thoughts that make you feel good and you will start feeling empowered and liberated. As you understand your feelings' feedback and expand your thoughts, you will be surprised at the wealth of creativity and clarity you hold in your mind, and the amount of freedom you currently have in your life. One step at a time, as long as that step feels good, or at least like relief, you'll start feeling your joy elevate and notice yourself experiencing the life you've envisioned.

Reconnect with yourself to regularly find your nuggets of truth about what you would like to experience in your work - whether it'd be in your corporate job or if you are a stay at home parent. Find the freedom to prioritize the actions that resonate with you in your current job or as you are searching for a new opportunity, and witness your confidence and joy elevate.


Love & relationships

Reconnect with your hopes and desires, before focusing on the other person, to acknowledge what it is you would like to experience. This can be in a romantic relationship, with your toddler, or in a social setting. Find the freedom and creativity to let that happen, and see your relationship flourish as you show up loving, grounded and aligned.


Health & wellbeing

Reconnect with your motivations about your health and wellbeing, prior to defaulting toward choices that don't resonate with you. Focus on the benefits, the joy, and the strength you have in your mind, body, and soul. Find creativity in how you want to show up for yourself and feel the excitement for your nutrition and movement choices.


Lifestyle & finances

Reconnect with your true inspiration for the lifestyle you would like to lead, not the lifestyle you should lead. Recognize what success looks like and feels like for you.
