I created 9 coaching after years of pushing myself to succeed, and quietly burning out in the process.I used to think I had to do it all: high performance at work, full presence at home, and zero room for error. My Story
From external validation to internal alignment
I thought success meant doing more, achieving more, and pushing through at all costs. But eventually, the pressure became too much. After returning to work from maternity leave, I hit a wall and realized that no amount of external success could make up for the disconnection I felt inside.Amdist the shame, anger, confusion, I made a big choice. I walked away from my career, not knowing exactly what the next step would be. I didn’t have it all figured out, but I began to trust myself, taking things one step at a time and tuning into what was truly important to me and my family. The changes I made were right-sized, each step reflecting where I was in my life and the vision I was creating for myself.That’s when everything actually started to change. I stopped looking outward for permission and started looking inward for alignment. As I aligned my actions with my inner vision, I found myself becoming more creative in finding win-win solutions. I felt more present and performing than I ever had before. My decisions became clearer, my relationships more fulfilling, and my energy returned in ways I hadn’t expected.Becoming a coach is tied to my childhood dream of being a modern-day philosopher. I found my passion in helping others navigate their own path toward alignment. It helps you recognize where you are, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and make grounded updates that move you back toward your goals depending on where you're at.First, we start by reconnecting with the data in your feelings, then we work on updating your mindset, and finally, work on realigning how you make decisions.1. Trusting your feelings. Your emotions and physical sensations aren’t distractions - they’re data. They often reveal what’s in your blind spot or what's creating friction. Together, we pay attention to these cues instead of pushing through or overriding them.2. Redirecting your thoughts. Instead of getting stuck in old stories or trying to force yourself to “let go,” we use specific questions to prompt your mind into a more intentional focus. Most of the time, we move through the day, feeling “fine,” but with a rumble of stress, anxiety, discomfort, and overall wobble.In Level 2, it's almost expected to override the early tell-tale signs that something is off. But, we'll approach it differently. When you feel the angst, we take a step back - out of autopilot - and bring awareness to your default habits. Are they based on old programming , like pushing through , proving, overaccommodating? Or do they reflect what truly matters to you?Level 2 is the pivot point. Outdated autopilot leads back to exhaustion. Intentional habits help you rise into alignment and flow.

This is the state of flow, fulfillment, energy, and creative performance, the feeling of being deeply alive and fully yourself.However, it's common to shy away from Level 1, dampening joy out of fear. Together, we learn to allow, accept, and learn from your moments of joy. This is the time for expansive action, surprising yourself as to what you can accomplish.The more you understand what truly brings you joy, the more you can weave it into your intentions and self-care.
